I play high school baseball in northern Vermont where there’s still tons of snow, know any drills I can do indoors to get ready for the season, I’ve been keeping active all winter I’d like technique things to get the rust off.

Tomorrow night, my fastpitch girls team has their first practice. These girls are 7 to 9 years old. They learn how to pitch in this division. Some of the girls have never played ball before. What is a good pratice plan to figure out the kids’ abilities and who should be at which position, etc?

I am 14 years old and I was wondering any of you all out there knew any baseball drills that I could work on myself. I am a Shortstop and I have a raquet ball and a shed. and a bat and a pitch back. Of course, I have baseballs.

I am on a senior league baseball team. I am a centerfielder. I am great at catching flyballs. I am very fast and cunning so I don’t need any baserunning drills. I am very inconsistent at batting and fielding ground balls. What are good drills or excersizes to help me improve?
