What are some baseball drills for 5 year olds?

I am looking for a handful of fun drills that will teach 5 year olds how to hit, move laterally to field grounders, etc. What can be done in a short amount of time that will be easily picked up?
I have coached some other sports before and all your plans go out the window when half of them are in their own little world. I think we have an hour a week so we need to work on a few things, try to keep everyone involved, and have fuyn. Baseball is agame where a player can go to sleep. Appreciate the feedback.

Okay well to start off I’m a freshan in High school. I used to play softball when i was in middle school, and I was a really good hitter and I was pretty good at everything else too. But I got hurt when I was in 7th and in 8th grade so I couldn’t play softball those 2 years. So this year I got out of athletics, but I want to play softball. This year is the first year they are having tryouts, because last year they were one game away from state. They only lost one girl who was a senior, so that means I’m going to have extra competition. So I really need to know what I can do to make me better so I can make the team

    Individual baseball drills?

I’m in a fall league, but we only play twice a week. I’m looking for something I can do in the other time I have.

What do i eat beore conditioning practice?

I have hour long conditioning practices for softball, and when i get home it’s like 8:30 or 9 so i can’t really eat dinner,
but whenever i eat before practice i get horrible side cramps!
I eat at around 4 because i have to have enough energy, but what foods can i eat so that i won’t get side aches no matter when i eat?
