Remember to keep your stance comfortable and easy. Keep it short and look to hit the inside of the ball. Doing that will help you to hit the ball up and the other way.
Try opening your stance to where you feel comfortable. Step towards the plate as the pitch comes. I know thats not a drill, but it will help you hit the ball where it is pitched. Also both your eyes are clearly facing the pitcher. This way you can drive the ball to right if pitched outside, pull an inside pitched, or hit the ball hard up the middle. An open stance is great when practiced till you find your comfy stance.
