Need Baseball Drills for the following…?

Throwing the ball far and fast

Accuracy

Catching balls that are coming at you at great speed

and catching short hops

Okay we practiced fielding today in High School Baseball practice and I played baseball a few years ago and I was great and can throw it from 3rd to 1st no problem, accuracy was perfect and catch balls coming at me with alot power behind them no problem. Now I’m a little rusty and I was wondering what drills I can do for those following problems (BTW Accuracy is throwing accuracy) I really need help with the first 2. What are some drills I can do. My next practice is Monday and those are tryouts
BTW I’m trying out for 3rd
