Whats happening??? I might be using only my arm but I’m pretty sure thats not it. I’ll have a throbing pain in my arm and it feels like i can’t even lift it up at some points, and then after a couple innings it will go away. How can i keep that from happening?!

you may have tennis elbow, i play baseball and i have the same problem, i cant make a throw from third to first anymore.
u should ice your arm after everygame or practice.
keep em warm in the middle of the game(like when u see the pitchers putting their jackets over themselves even when its 90 degrees out) and then ice em after the game… then they’ll be sore a couple days, and then you do it again.. thats the life of a pitcher basically
either you did something to your shouldner, or you just havent played for a while and its taking time to get your arm used to the motion…. im guessing that or you have just over worked your arm… ice it after pitching, NOT b4, b/c it will stiffen up ur muscles, and it will hurt worse in hte long run
Seriously, find a good chiropractor. It may be a pinched/irritated nerve problem that’s causing-or a least adding to-your pain. Plus, they are very good at alleviating all sorts of pain problems.
