I went to softball practice yesterday and i hit the round thing on the end of the bat on my thumb and…?

it was red afterwards and i usually get blisters if i dont wear my gloves but it hurts to the touch or if i barely touch it it feels like needles are going all in it and it isnt red today but it hurts and looks a little bruised. is it factured/blister/busted blood vessel? idk what do u think?
