What can i do to be a better center fielder in baseball?
Im 13 and play center field. I am 5’9" and 155lbs. I am pretty fast and good at catching and can throw at about 60 mph. Any advice or drills would help?

It’s a"how something works" story and I want to write about I guess you can say "how a softball practice works" because it’s my favorite sport and we were supposed to pick something we like and because I feel practice is more important than the actual game since you practice how you play. So far out of all my emaill interview to the players of my school’s varsity only one has gotten back to me and I don’t have time to wait on the others I have to start writing. She’s given me pretty much all the info I need. How long practice last, what they work on during practice etc. My question is how shall I start so it will sound "newsy"?
i had a rly bad softball practice today. i got yelled at by the coach for "running around in circles" when i was going for the ball and he laughed at me. then we did this thing where whoever was last on her leadoff had to run around the field in front of the entire team and it was so embarassing. i am friends with the coach so it was rly embarassing for her to see me like that. (not the one that laughed at me) how can i get over it? i know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it is when it happens to you. thanks for your answers.

What are some good drills to help me keep my head in, and to make me twist my back hip. Im 15 6’1" about 235 i think… just figured i would throw that in there.
