lift weights and get your back foot pivot real fast
Try some soft toss into a net or fence and hitting off a tee
keep your hands in. do not extend them. have your hands in front of the bat during your swing
Bat speed is determined by the weight and the length.
To swing faster get a shorter or a lighter one.
you can use a weight for youre bat to make it feel heavier, also go to a fence or a wall, and put the bat to your stomache so its touching the wall and your chest at the same time, and stay right there, and swing. make sure to keep your hands in so you dont hit the fence
it teaches you bat speed and to keep your hands in.
