What are some good softball drills to do when you don't have anyone to practice with?

I haven’t played softball in almost 10 months, and I’m trying to pick up where I left off. I’ve been taking batting lessons and going to the batting cages every week, but i still want to work on my reflexes and grounding/catching/throwing techniques. Any exercises or drills in mind?

In that situation I like to just play with myself
1. get 10 feet from wall
2. throw ball at a spot about 2 to 3 feet above ground
3. field ball and keep doing it until tired
well the best thing in softball is the fact that if you have speed the teams will need is what i say you can do latter drills no need to buy a latter just use a 5 dollar roll of tape collar if possible in the garage and out can work on abs and cardio meaning a good jog
Hello,
There are tons of great drills you can do by yourself, I would suggest buying a good softball instruction dvd – I have clips of some of the dvds we sell on youtube winningcoachdotcom is our youtube name.
