What are some pregame drills I can do on my own before a baseball game?

I’ll be able to get to the field an hour or so before usual team stretching begins. I’m really big on running, but obviously I wouldn’t want to drain myself before game time. Any suggestions? Thanks

I’ve coached little league teams for 8 years, I’ve coached all different ages. My teams have been in first place every year. Anyhow, what I do with them before each game and practice is short and sweet, toe touches, sit and grab your ankles, windmills, jumping jacks (sometimes) and jog the bases twice. this usually takes 15 -20 minutes and then they start warming up with a ball. I have noticed a big difference in the older kids (16 and older) after doing these exercises. Hope this helps.
This article is about pitching, but it has some good pre game stuff in there that might help.

a game me and my team does before a game is called pickups. set two hats about 15 feet apart or so, keep yourself low and have a partner toss a ball to one of the hats. then you shufle over to get it and throw it back… then your partner throws it to the other hat, and so on… usually about 25 will do it.
